As the sun was shining bright in Aberdeen Fiona Stalker and I decided to talk snow and skiing on BBC Radio Scotland’s Out for the Weekend.
I am a self-confessed rubbish skier – I think the technical term is that I’m pants at hurtling down a hill on sticks. But I do go on ski breaks because my partner loves it and I don’t only want to do things with my kids that I’m good at. I’d love it if they could learn to ski despite my utter flailing inability, and I could maybe learn with them.
So here’s a wee reminder, if you’re thinking of booking a skiing break, that perhaps now’s a good time to start planning and looking forward to it.
